Terms of Service & SMS Program Terms

1. Agreement

Effective date: September 1, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form an agreement between you and Food Truck Now LLC (“Food Truck Now,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using getfoodtrucknow.com or an associated Food Truck Now listing, claim page, owner dashboard, subscription, or messaging program (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you act for a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business.

2. The Service

Food Truck Now helps customers discover food trucks and provides tools for operators to manage public profiles, current locations, hours, menus, availability, and related customer-interest signals. Features and geographic coverage may change as the Service develops.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract to create or manage a business listing or purchase Verified.

3. Listings and owner-posted content

Free directory listings may begin with publicly available business information. Claiming or approving a listing confirms that you are authorized to represent the truck and that the information supplied is accurate. You grant Food Truck Now a nonexclusive, worldwide license to host, format, reproduce, and display the business information, photographs, menu content, trademarks, and other material you submit for operating and promoting your listing.

Operators are responsible for keeping posted locations, hours, menus, prices, availability, permits, and contact information accurate. Food Truck Now may label information by source and freshness, but it does not independently guarantee a truck’s location, schedule, product availability, licensing, food safety, quality, or accessibility. Customers should check freshness timestamps before traveling.

4. Verified subscriptions and billing

Verified provides owner-management tools and enhanced presentation features described at enrollment. It verifies control of the Food Truck Now profile; it is not an endorsement, inspection, license, health grade, or guarantee of the food-truck business.

Verified is currently offered at $49 per month after a 30-day free period, unless a different offer is displayed during checkout. A valid payment method is collected during enrollment, and the subscription renews automatically each month until canceled. You may cancel through the billing-management link or by contacting support before the next renewal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Charges already incurred are nonrefundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.

Payment information is processed by our payment provider. You authorize us and our payment provider to charge the payment method associated with your subscription for recurring fees, applicable taxes, and disclosed charges.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to impersonate another business; post false, misleading, illegal, infringing, or harmful material; interfere with the Service or its security; probe another operator’s secure link; scrape or copy the directory at scale; transmit malware; or use Food Truck Now in violation of applicable law. Secure owner-dashboard links must be kept private.

7. Third-party services and links

The Service may link to or rely on mapping, payment, email, SMS, social-media, and other third-party services. Their availability, content, and practices are governed by their own terms and policies. A link or map result does not mean Food Truck Now endorses the third party.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Food Truck Now disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not guarantee that an operator’s update remains current after it is posted.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Food Truck Now LLC and its members, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; lost profits or data; travel based on inaccurate or stale listing information; or third-party conduct. Our aggregate liability arising from the Service will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid Food Truck Now during the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

9. Suspension, termination, and changes

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or remove content, listings, messaging access, or accounts when reasonably necessary to protect users, respond to legal requirements, address nonpayment, or enforce these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

We may update these Terms as the Service changes. Material changes will be posted here with a revised date. Continued use after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
